You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our services without prior written consent.

For contracted services, we will provide:

• Defined project timelines and deliverables
• Regular progress updates and communication
• Quality assurance and testing procedures
• Post-delivery support as specified in the agreement
• Documentation and training where applicable

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary based on the service provided. Generally, fees are due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and data. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of services.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However:

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for third-party products or services
• Results may vary based on factors outside our control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambiquest PVT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ambiquest PVT LTD, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
